Good reasons to write
Tell us if something in an entry is wrong or out of date. Corrections are the most useful mail we get. Hotel teams are welcome to point out factual changes to their own property.
Questions about the site, the categories or this privacy policy are also fine.
What we can't help with
We don't handle reservations, cancellations, refunds or availability. We have no access to any hotel's booking system. Please contact the hotel directly for anything to do with a stay.
We also don't accept payment for listings, so requests for paid placement will go unanswered.
